Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before will result in a cancellation fee. The full amount of the procedure will be required
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your procedure, we can continue the procedure minus the time you are late. if you are more than 30 minutes late we will not be able to accommodate you and the full price of the procedure will apply.
Please contact us 24 hours in advance and we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
